Specifications: A K-12 educational institution required ongoing evaluations by students and parents of teacher performance along with customized reporting and internal benchmarking of results.

Survey Method Used: Twice-a-year online surveys using email invitations for parents and onsite unique passcode logins for students.

Approach and Research: The purpose of the study was to measure the performance of individual teachers based on ratings by students and parents, and to distribute individualized reports to each of 100+ teachers, and the building principals, showing how their response data compared with others based on such segments as overall campus, location, and department. Amplitude Research created a custom reporting template for the teacher evaluations that included input of unique scoring for each individual evaluation along with benchmark results.
