Contract Vehicles

While we may initially provide an informal quote via email, or a general estimate of our fees via telephone or in person, a formal quote is available upon request and would be provided before services can begin or products are released. Our formal quote process is very efficient and we are more than happy to provide immediate turnaround of a formal written quote.

We generally require that a client sign our standard quote form without modification. In limited cases (such as large transactions or services provided to government agencies, public universities, etc.), we might consider modifications or use of the client's contract vehicle subject to the inclusion of certain legal provisions. Our company's staff includes legal counsel, which results in quick review of proposed language modifications or third-party contract vehicles.

We are always willing to supplement our standard quote form with reasonable client confidentiality agreements, as we believe that collected data and other survey information is the sole property of our client.

In almost all cases, we require a 50% deposit to begin work on a project. Where our client is another research organization, advertising agency, or other entity that is not the end user of our services or products, timely payment to us cannot be based on when our client receives payment from its own client.

Payment can be made by corporate check or wire transfer or, if we agree in our sole discretion, via credit card using our online payment center. In such case, we reserve the right to increase the project fee by the amount of the credit card processing fees (which are a nominal cost).

In limited instances, where we are unable to satisfy ourselves that a client has the financial resources to make timely payment, we may require that the client pay 100% of our fees in advance or provide a personal guarantee.
