  • A government entity retained Amplitude Research to provide survey design, online data collection, web survey sample, and comprehensive data analysis and report writing services for multiple online market research surveys. The surveys targeted recent past visitors and future intenders from South American countries, as well as travelers from select regions of the United States.
  • The purpose of the study was to better understand the motivations of business and leisure travelers, methods used to book travel, awareness of the travel location and advertising, and demographics. In addition, wave-to-wave online studies were conducted to evaluate traveler perceptions and ratings of different ad campaigns, and related images.

Market Research Study / Small Business Services:

  • Amplitude Research was retained to provide questionnaire review, data collection, web sample, and data analysis and report writing services for b2b market research. The study was conducted for a major provider of services to businesses to evaluate the company image, perceptions of the quality of services provided, and to test different messages for future marketing purposes.
  • The target was business decision-makers for small companies (i.e., fewer than 100 employees).

Customer Study / Automotive Service Provider:

  • An automotive service provider retained Amplitude Research to administer client satisfaction surveys and to consult on study methodology options, develop a questionnaire, and survey automotive customers regarding their service usage and effectiveness of related communications. Telephone interviews were used for data collection from customers across the United States and Canada.
  • Amplitude's services also included analysis of a customer database to help recommend the best research methodology and procedure for sampling customers within key target segments.

  • A mid-sized company retained Amplitude Research to provide design, online hosting, web sample, data analysis, and report writing services for wave-to-wave studies of business decision-makers in the field of technology market research. Amplitude’s services included online data collection, web sample, data analysis and report writing. The online questionnaires required complex programming and design to accommodate differences between specific markets and to cover a large number of potential services unique to each market.

Educational Study / University Alumni:

  • A public university retained Amplitude Research to administer an alumni survey of 60,000 participants using online and mail methodologies. Amplitude’s services included print and mail, online programming and hosting, list cleaning, data entry of paper responses, de-duping services, and technical support for survey participants.
  • Mailed packages included variable inserts of unique logins to the online survey, and separate email invitations for a second version of the survey where the university had collected alumni emails. Both the paper and online versions incorporated extensive use of variable inserts so that alumni could update current contact and employment information.
